SEE Learning Workshop for High School Students at TCCC on October 3, 2026

SEE Learning is designed to foster compassionate family, school, and social environments and, in turn, to cultivate ethical discernment.
As part of this initiative, the Toronto SEE Learning Team will be hosting a one-day SEE Learning Workshop for High School Students on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at TCCC Choekhang.
The workshop will introduce students to practical skills that support:
* Building resilience
* Developing attention and self-awareness
* Regulating emotions
* Strengthening interpersonal awareness and relationships
* Cultivating compassion for oneself and others
Interested high school students are encouraged to register by the end of September by scanning the QR code on the poster.
A $20 registration fee will be charged to help cover the cost of the workshop.
